Getting Started in Playing Gods Unchained

Gods Unchained is one of the first digital collectible trading card games built using blockchain technology and it is free to play.

Gods Unchained players can actually own their cards and trade them in the market.

Gods Unchained can be played by anyone with a PC that meets the minimum requirements. If there’s an issue, you can probably send them an email thru http://bit.ly/GUsupportticket

You can also play Gods Unchained for free using non-blockchain cards from the Core Set. Cards from this set can be earned through gameplay.

If you are interested to try the game, you do not need any cryptocurrency, nor do you need Metamask installed.

Below are the basic steps for creating an account and installing Gods Unchained:

The first thing to do is to visit their website and sign up official Gods Unchained website.

Download the file and save the installation file

Once file saved, the Gods Unchained website will open to a page that will show your first pack of Core Set cards.

Drag the pack of cards from the left corner going to the middle of the screen, and the core cards will automatically be seen like this image below.

Click each card to reveal

Once you have seen each card, you may click continue.

In order to receive your free cards, the message will appear stating that you need to register in God’s Unchained so you need to create your account here;

Once done, an email will send a confirmation to you.

You may now start to install the immutable app or file that you have saved earlier for better playing.

There are currently two game modes: solo and ranked constructed.

As a beginner, choose a solo player. You will be matched against an AI opponent. It won’t affect your rank also and take note that you cannot earn from the cards. The Solo Player’s purpose is to help you practice the game.

Ranked constructed match you against other Gods Unchained players that have a similar ranking to you. Winning matches in ranked constructed provide rewards, including packs of cards from the Core Set.

In playing Gods, you must choose your God. In this picture below, I highlighted my favorite God which is Aeona God, “The God of Nature”

The rest of the Gods names were Thariel – “God of Light, Auros – “God of War, Ludia – “Goddess of Deception, Malissus – “Goddess of Death, and Elyrian – “The God of Magic.

After choosing your God and finished customizing your deck. You will also pick your God power and click confirm.

Each player draws four cards. Either player can discard one or more of his cards and draw new ones to replace them, but this can only be done by each player once. Before the game starts, you will select your card for a replacement here.

Each card costs mana to use, which is shown in the upper-left corner of the card. A player’s available mana has one turn and increases by one each turn.

You will now experience and observe every card that you will have on your hand.

Once your cards turn color green, that’s the moment that your card is ready to attack your opponent.

You will be able to receive a core pack if you win in the game.

In this Solo Player Game, I won.

Once you already knew the basic things you need to know in playing Gods. You may now start playing and observe how it’s going to be more interesting. This game is not only for people who love games but also for crypto investors, and it’s up to you if you are willing to buy cards that I think would be a benefit for players in the future NFT Market.

If you are interested to buy packs, please make sure that your metamask browser is open while browsing the site https://metamask.io/

Link your Ethereum Wallet to the immutable app.

To begin, log in your created account to the Gods Unchained Website.
